Position: Internship – Logistics CFF area IKEA Chile, Colombia & Peru.

Direct Report: Logistics Business Project Manager IKEA Chile, Colombia and Peru.
Based On: IKEA Service Office, Santiago Chile.

As an internship, you are part of the project team to secure to have a smooth process, always with a customer center focus. For this you will lead business requirement gathering and able to capture and translate business requirements into functional documentation which includes but not limited to use cases, process flows, business rules and data specification. Also, this role must lead a process that keep update all the information related to competitors.

Purpose of the Functions:

• Supporting business cases by organizing and analyzing relevant information
• Creating and mapping processes to secure the right operation of the Fulfilment/Logistics areas.
• Reporting and presenting plans to the management of different areas.
• Together with the Logistics Project manager identify opportunities and using tools and techniques for project management
• Supporting the monitoring of some tracks of the system project with the direct support of the CFF team
• Create the tools and reports needed for the area to analyze the process that needs to improve

Core Competences, Experience and Skills:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-managed, goal oriented, proactive and passionate for people development.
• Studies: Logistics Engineering or a career in the field.
• Availability of practice for a period of 5 to 6 months.
• Desirable: Excel medium and use of any software to map processes
