Position: Internship CRM & Loyalty – Marketing area IKEA Chile, Colombia & Peru.

Direct Report: Market Intelligence Manager Latam.
Based On: IKEA Service Office, Santiago Chile.

Purpose of the Functions:

• Support in the definition of Marketing CRM Processes.
• Support on the creation of the basis for a loyalty program.
• Support in the development of the situation analysis for Colombia (where are we now in the market)

Core Competences, Experience and Skills:

• Capability to define processes and follow them up.
• Ideally to have knowledge on CRM, and certainly have passion and interest on the CRM topic.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (exclusive requirement).
• High teamwork capacity
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Impactful presentation and communications skills.
• Self-managed, goal oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• University Studies: Civil Engineering, Bachelor Business or relevant to the position.
