We are located in Santiago, Chile, where we are building the application and the company from scratch. We need Chilean talents to support us to research the market skills, our target market and build the App.
We are a Startup that has initiated the first phase of development of the Mínimum Viable Product (MVP)´s application. As we are a team under construction, we need to hire the best, so they can carry out high-quality, self-managed work, but also have an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, because although at the beginning our salary compensation is low, if you achieve a performance Outstanding your opportunities to grow will be as big as the limits you put on yourself.

Description
The graduate/professional applies for a full-time job to work as a "Market/Business Analyst" (Junior) with the company Skill Technologies

CHARACTERISTICS AND CONDITIONS
·If the applicant is approved, the company hires him/her with a fixed-term contract for 3 months to test his/her skills and performance. To make the process transparent and fair, from the beginning the employee is explained the criteria and evaluation scale and each month a performance evaluation is made from them. If the employee meets the expected performance level at the end of the third month, his contract is immediately updated to an indefinite time agreement
·The contract modality (Regular as employee or freelance) will be agreed with the applicant according to his/her preferences
·Intensity of work is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day. The schedule per day is agreed with the employee beforehand. During the agreed hours the employee must have complete availability for the job
·The job is a hybrid model, part is remote work with daily interaction through video calls and another part is a regular physical work at the company facilities. The specific balance will be agreed with the employee
·At the end of each working day, the employee must send a report to his/her leader with work progress and observations
·The employee will receive a periodic evaluation on his/her performance
·The employee will receive an initial grosse salary of CLP 301,000 per month, during the first 3 months. After 3 months, the person will be raised the salary every 3 months according to his/her performance and the company´s growth. The salary will grow until it is regularized to a high standard according to the Chilean market and could be substantially higher depending on the person's performance. (Note: ask the leader of this recruitment process to explain the scale and level of salaries to be regularized and potential salaries)
·The job recruitment process and its development, both by the employer and the employee, must be carried out under ethical principles of legality, fairness, professionalism and respect for the differences and integrity of people
·The applicant must comply with the confidentiality clause of the information and non conflict of interest that he/she will be asked to sign before beginning his/her work

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS - RELATIVE TO THE MOBILE APP
·The tasks where the employee will occupy most of his/her time are those related to the research, analysis, description and documentation of the human "Skills" (in a social context -sports, hobbies, entertainment, others), that are being defined by the company for the Mobile App. Next, other additional/complementary tasks:
·Research, collect information/data, analyze and document the current situation and growth trends of the Apps market, of direct and indirect competing companies, functionalities and technologies available from companies and competing Apps, characteristics of the target users of the App (millennials) and behavior trends
·Identify, analyze and document the functionalities, sub-functionalities and objects of the App
·Research, collect information/data, analyze and document improvements that should be made to the App, from the perspective of user satisfaction and competitors

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS - RELATIVE TO THE COMPANY IN GENERAL
·Develop documents and presentations in English in appropriate language
·Identify, collect information/data and analyze investors, suppliers and sponsors of the company
·Prepare and document (in Word and PPT) presentations and reports of sales, management, and in general business, for investors, shareholders, suppliers and sponsors
·Prepare periodic reports on the progress of his/her work and that of his/her colleagues
·Identify, analyze and document requirements and specifications from the stakeholders of the App and the company in general
·Support and perform specific logistics and commercial tasks for social events and user testing that the company carries out related to App users, investors, suppliers and sponsors
·Support and perform specific logistics and administrative tasks of the company related to internal backup processes (HR, Legal, Technological, Notarial Procedures, Suppliers, among others)
·Collect information/data, analyze, validate and document the processes of the company, core and support

Requirements and competences

REQUIREMENTS
·The applicant must be a graduate from a professional career in areas of Administration, Business, Commercial, Industrial Engineering, Journalism, Communication, Sociology, and similar careers
·No job experience is required, but having it is a plus

COMPETENCES - IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE
·Effective communication, verbal and written, to receive and deliver timely and high-impact messages to his/her internal and external clients
·Skill, discipline and recursion to deeply research on the internet
·Advanced/fluent spoken English
·Advanced understanding of vocabulary and reading in English
·Intermediate-advanced writing in English
·Intermediate-advanced at MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel
·Discipline for planning and prioritization of tasks
·Discipline and recursion to use efficient methodologies of work
·Ability to balance work approaches and deductive analysis vs. Inductive
·Knowledge/Basic understanding in business areas of Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Processes, Technology, Organization, HR, Finance, Legal
·Basic understanding of mathematics and statistics
