PT&G Advanced Materials Co. is a Joint Venture between Genlith, Inc. and Protrade Group. PT&G is recruiting to fill a regional leadership position in it’s Santiago office. Protrade is an international trading company with more than 30 years’ experience in the polymers industry. Genlith, Inc. is a dynamic new company involved in the development of minerals for the future of clean energy and storage.

Education: BA or BS in Business, Engineering, or Chemistry.
Work Experience: 10 years in total. Five years in a business development role.
Language: Fluency in English.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the marketing and sales of Protrade’s rubber, plastics, and related chemicals to South America.
- Develop and engage import traders and end users of Protrade materials.
- Develop exportable products from Chile and South America, such as minerals and agricultural products, for sale mainly in Asian markets with potential for global markets.
- Manage and lead the local support staff (sales assistant) in the development of business opportunities and monitoring sales transactions.

Aptitudes and Skills:
- Skilled in identifying business opportunities and defining reasons that make valid the allocation of new company resources.
- Ability to work independently, under remote supervision.
- You are skilled in the management and coordination of projects involving team members in various global locations (the USA, Taiwan / China, India, etc.).
- Competent in the creation of budgets, forecasts, travel plans (Good financial management of budgets and costs)
- Proactive attitude of business development
- Familiarity with mining, logistics (import/export, maritime transport, storage, etc.)
