The foundation DKMS in Chile is a newly founded non-profit organization. The foundation is a member of the DKMS group, an international charity leading the fight against blood cancer with more than 9 million registered stem cell donors worldwide. As one of the world’s largest donor centre, DKMS group has given more than 75,000 blood cancer patients a second chance at life. Our key mission is to increase give blood cancer patients in need of a blood stem cell transplantation a second chance at life.
The Marketing team ensures visibility with the goal of raising awareness and motivating people to register as potential stem cell donors.
The team also focuses on informing donors who have already registered and on motivating them to be available when they are needed.
Planning and implementing marketing strategies (online and offline) to:
- Generate awareness
- Inform about stem cell donation
- Motivate people to register as potential donors
Measuring and analysing the impact of integrated marketing campaigns and programs
Managing budget and target scheme
Collaborating with marketing and creative agencies
Managing website, social media and other online channels
Producing, adapting and developing marketing content and materials.
Managing relationship building with donors that have already registered
Relevant candidate profiles should reflect:
Degree in the field marketing or related and a minimum 5 years experience including demonstrable track record of meeting targets.
Demonstrable significant experience in developing B2C and B2B campaigns communication strategies.
Experience in working with agencies.
Knowledge and experience of marketing and CMS software
Knowledge of SEO
Demonstrated track record in managing online investments
Proactivity and eagerness to achieve outstanding results
Being comfortable with working in an international setting
Excellent English language skills
